Winnie is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her practice. She holds a Master’s of Exercise Science from Adelphi University, complementing her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy—an educational foundation that combines specialized exercise expertise with core physiotherapeutic principles. 

As a Licensed Physiotherapist in both New York and Ontario, Winnie has built 5 years of valuable experience across diverse healthcare settings, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of every patient. Her journey in physiotherapy is driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals recover, regain function, and enhance their quality of life—whether they are managing chronic conditions or recovering from acute injuries. 

Winnie is passionate about delivering patient-centered care that prioritizes individual goals and holistic well-being. She works closely with each patient to understand their unique challenges, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide them through every step of their recovery journey. Leveraging her expertise in exercise science, she integrates evidence-based exercise programs with hands-on physiotherapeutic techniques to support patients of all ages and abilities.
