Athletic Therapist

Rachel is a Certified Athletic Therapist with extensive experience working with professional athletes in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and with the active general population. Through her time with the Montreal Alouettes and Hamilton Tiger-Cats, she developed expertise in managing high-performance athletes from acute on-field care through to full return-to-play rehabilitation. She specializes in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on evidence-based strategies that support both recovery and long-term injury prevention. Rachel has helped athletes and active individuals return confidently to their sport or activity following injuries such as hamstring strains, disc herniations, and tendon issues. Passionate about athlete-centered care, she combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and performance-focused rehabilitation to help each patient reach their full potential to help patients recover, prevent re-injury, and perform at their highest level either in sport or everyday life.
