Most of Phil's 39 years of experience has been with soft tissue and orthopeadic injuries and conditions. For the last 27 years, he has practiced in the Toronto area.

In the past, Phil has worked with provincial, national, and international athletes from various sports, including: rugby, martial arts, powerlifting, triathlon, and soccer, helping them return to competition.
