Psychotherapy

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy – also sometimes known as “talk therapy” – aims to help patients to better understand their feelings and give them the tools they need to face new challenges, both in the present and future. It is similar to counseling, and both can overlap.

Our psychotherapist can help when a patient becomes overwhelmed because of depression, low self-esteem, addiction, and grief, among many others. If you are struggling, please reach out and let us help.
