Joanna is a communications and public relations professional in Toronto, Ontario. She believes in living life to the fullest while embracing health, fitness and whole-body wellness. As a former competitive dancer, she has always lived an active lifestyle. Joanna also began cycling, running and competing in triathlons/duathlons in her early adulthood. She now shares her passion for fitness by teaching various fitness classes across the city. Outside of fitness, Joanna's a passionate foodie who formalized her love of cooking while completing her culinary arts diploma (part-time) at George Brown College. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Toronto's cultural diversity, traveling to places near and far, and spending quality time with friends and family.
