LAURE SQUIRE

Registered Massage Therapist

Since childhood, Laura has enjoyed staying very active. Growing up with three athletic brothers, she, too, was always looking to try new sports and activities to keep up with them. She enjoyed playing softball, volleyball, and basketball, however, her favourite was gymnastics. She trained in gymnastics from the age of 8 and continued into high school. While she never trained to compete, the sport peaked her interest in the mechanics of the human body which would eventually lead her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

From as early as she can remember, Laura wanted to establish herself in a career that would allow her ot help others. She became a massage therapist to be able to help people feel their best so they can perform at their best. Intense activity, trauma, stress, and injury are all reasons to receive massage treatment in order to maintain maximal tissue health and reduce tension held in the body.

Whether it be sport related or stress related, Laura outs emphasis on not only pain relief but pain prevention. As a massage thearpist, she strives to meet the unique goals of each client by providing a treatment tailored to the individual.
